Have you ever tried gaining weight and hoping it will go to your butt? I'll bet that a
tiny bit of that weight went to your booty, and the rest ended up in places you really didn't
want more fat on! One of the worst places that people complain about is the belly and
waist.
Obviously, belly fat is the last thing you want more of because:
- it's really bad for your health and indicates that
something is wrong with your diet and lifestyle
- a bigger middle makes your butt look smaller
- it feels gross when you touch it, grab it, brush against it, etc.
For many people, this is just what their body wants to do! Store fat in the belly because that's
the body shape they were born with.
Many people think you can't change your body shape but actually, this is incorrect.
